Diane's Market Kitchen Cookbook

$25.00

For 18 years, I have taught cooking classes and collected stories from farmers, ranchers, fisherman, guests and family.

This cookbook is dedicated to all the folks who shop farmers markets, and, by doing so, respect and honor all the farmers, ranchers, and fishermen who steward our lands and waters.

$5 of each sale will be donated to the Good Farmer Fund, which assists our market farms in crisis. Funds help mitigate financial fallout from situations such as crop loss from extreme weather, equipment or infrastructure damage or loss from fire, flood, or heavy snow, or predator-related livestock loss.

My friend Kate McDermott #artofthepie says that one of the ways to judge a good pie is whether or not you van lift the whole pie from the pie plate. Success!!! This is my pumpkin pie. Piece by piece farm squash. Amazing!

My friend Kate #artofthepie says on test of a perfect pie is when you can pick up the pie put of the pie plate. This is a small pumpkin pie I made this afternoon.

First grilled cheese with my air fryer. @macrinabakery baguette, @beecherscheese flagship. I had to keep it iin place with toothpicks so the sandwhich would stay together. But, i was really pleased with the result. Paired with homemade tomato soup
This is one of my first full meals made in an air fryer. I have the Ninja two compartment one. Parmesan crusted halibut @kirsopfarm leeks and fennel and @alvarezorganicfarms beans. Worked out really well.
