Frequently Asked Questions

  • In planning private events with folks who have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, I am offering two options. One option is to create the entire menu to accommodate any restrictions; the other is to have those individuals who are restricted in some way opt out of the portions of the menu which include items or ingredients not suited to them. Please be sure to specify which option you would like when booking your private event.

    Pre-set group classes cannot accommodate dietary restrictions, so please read each description carefully or reach out with questions before booking.

  • A minimum of 4 people is required and classes can hold a maximum of 20 people.

  • The Waterfront Place Parking Lot offers paid parking right next to the Kitchen. Alternatively, street parking is available.

    If you are arriving via the Light Rail, the University Street Station is located 3 blocks northeast of the Kitchen.

    If arriving by ferry, I am located 2 blocks northeast of the Colman Dock Ferry Terminal.

  • My demonstration classes are 2 hours and my hands-on classes are 3 hours from start to finish.

  • If I delivered a memorable experience for you and/or your group, I will graciously accept gratuities at the conclusion of the event via cash, Venmo or PayPal.
