Frozen Dinners and Second Meals
How to build a frozen pantry and be intentional about leftovers
When I was raising my children, I had three part-time jobs, and the grocery store was a minimum of an hour round trip. So, if we were going to eat home-made meals and sit down to dinner every night, I had to GET ORGANIZED! These are some of my favorite frozen dinners and “leftovers”, foods you can make once and have immediately available to make something else, perhaps another dinner or lunch at work? We CAN do this… it just takes some desire, thought and preparation. We'll work with a couple of different beans, include bechamel, salad dressings that can be made and held in your refrigerator for up to a week and maybe a dessert that freezes well too. You'll also get my "frozen pantry" list.
