Time to relax with a hearty soup, a salad, some bread and a bottle of wine

These are all time tested and simply delicious.
Each entree (or any other portion of the meal that's meant to be eaten hot) will be precooked, vacuum sealed, and ready to reheat.

Texas Chile (this is made with beef, no beans) This was part of my Cinco de Mayo party for 20 years. A spicy crowd favorite!
