Here are a few of my favorites from people I love
Although I haven't traveled the real world, I've spent years cooking and enjoying foods that reflect the cultural backgrounds of people I've known over the years. Thankfully and gratefully I've learned that knowing something about the cultures that generated these dishes increases my appreciation and enjoyment of them.
